Credit Sales Supervisor

Basic Function

Supervises a team of 4 to 5 credit salesmen. Is responsible for implementing company sales fundamentals in this trade sector. Maximizes distribution, achieves sales and collection targets. Maintains good customer relations.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Coaches and leads his salesmen team. Ensures that salesmen follow prescribed call schedules or routes plan.
  2. Supervises performance of salesmen by reviewing daily sales and collection reports, recommends corrective actions if there are any problems.
  3. Performs daily market visits with one of his salesmen, work out any corrective actions and maintain good customer relationship, solve problems, introduces new products …..etc.
  4. Implements perfect order system which specifies that delivery must be on time, complete, and free from mistakes and damages. Coordinates with his manager corrective actions in cases of late or partial delivery.
  5. Maintains continuous monitoring of the market to identify new sales prospects.
  6. Monitors competition in his region and report significant developments to Sales Manager.
  7. Participates in collecting overdue accounts from major customers.
  8. Serves as safety representative, including coordination of safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, facilitating compliance with standards and maintaining related safety records. Participate/follow-ups in conducting HIRA and Aspect-Impact analysis.
Qualifications Education
  • University graduate
Experience
  • 4 to 6 years experience in FMCG Sales. Proven records of achievements
Skills
  • Good command of both Arabic and English languages
  • Good Computer capabilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge for Health, Safety and environment
